Benefit of composite wooden door-AFOL Doors

Jan 14, 2016

Most commonly they are made from MDF board. MDF board materials are then pressed together at high pressures. A veneer outer skin is then clad atop this particle board giving it a natural look and feel. Veneer options vary greatly. For a list of veneer options click this link: veneer options.

The greatest advantage that composite wooden doors have are that they’re virtually indistinguishable from real wood and are far stronger.

Composite wood will not warp or require repainting.

Another great advantage is that the composite wooden doors cost far less than solid wood doors.

Composite wooden door specification:
1.Door leaf: 6/8 mm thickness MDF wood boards with Natural wood veneer;
2.Filling material: Fir wood skeleton with wood strip;
3.Surface Painting: six layer quality paint coating.
